My Dad passed away shortly after I graduated High School. At 17.
I had not yet accepted Jesus as my Savior, but I had been in church most of my life. I had never felt so much fear and
insecurity. Jesus began to deal with my heart and I invited Him to come in. The fear and insecurity was taken
away and replaced with a peace and comfort I had never known. What a joy and blessing serving Him has been.
God gave me a wonderful family. My husband, Nick, was saved shortly after we began to date. He is my hero.
He's a wonderful gifted teacher who is blessed with a way to reach all ages in sharing God's word. We have two
children, Jami and Chris, a son-in-law, Joey, and two grandsons, Parker and Ayden.
God has truly been wonderful
to me in allowing me to have something I can do for Him. I love sharing God's love and ministering with my friend
in song. He's always watched over us in our travels and I can truly say, that He's better to me today
than anytime in my life. It's always exciting to see what He's gonna do next.

I accepted the Lord as my Saviour when I was 7 years old. My brother
and sister and I began singing when we were very young and our mother played guitar and sang with us. I don't know
at what point my brother and I started singing harmony; it just came natural. I sang alto and my brother sang tenor
while my sister sang soprano. We sang locally for years as "The Pack Trio". Lindsay (my husband of 37 years) played guitar for our group for several years before we married and intermittently
through the years when work and health permitted.
My sister
married and moved away from the area and was not able to sing with us. In 1977 Libby and her mother started attending
the church in Ansted, WV that I had attended all my life. We knew Libby sang and played guitar because my husband and
brother went to school with her and played music with her. We invited Libby to sing with us and here we are 30
plus years later.
We've sung in various forms; quartet, mixed trio and female trio. The constant
has always been Libby and I. We are "The Relators". We have the same heart and mind set and that is
serving God and ministering to the people with our music. We truly love God and each other.

This welcome to Cathy Teubert comes a little late.
Cathy became part of The Relators in April, 2011 singing the tenor part. Cathy has brought so much joy to our group.
She is no stranger to southern gospel music. She and her late husband, Roy, sang for many years in King's
Harmony Quartet from Ansted, WV. Cathy loves the Lord and is very active as choir leader in home church, Lovers
Leap Baptist in Ansted, WV. She is also very active in several other community choral and theatre organizations.
